You might be wondering what this course is all about? It's about YOU and we've written it because of the hundreds of hours we've spent face to face with individuals, kids and families who are in the middle of anxiety!
We have a combined 10,000+ hours of face to face experience in a professional therapy setting and we are wanting to bring this into a preventative AND practical educational context.
This covers over 30 years of combined experience and we genuinely believe viewing this content and putting it into practice will lead to better outcomes in your life!
